| One of the very few certainties whilst trading Forex, Financials or Stocks is that charts which monitor the change in price of a particular instrument will produce the same shapes over and over again. In its simplest form, all we need to do is identify these shapes during their creative cycle and trade them when we assume they are complete and something familiar is about to happen. |

Particular shapes that become visible in charts reflect human emotion and economic state which we can understand. We can observe these constructive shapes as they develop throughout their own life cycle before our very eyes. If we can identify them early in their cycle we can determine their outcome when or after the cycle is complete.
It can be said with a fair degree of certainty that the human race has evolved significantly throughout history and into the future, will continue to evolve, but something remains constant... market participants (traders); regardless of which generation they find themselves in will respond to the same economic conditions and states in the same manner for now, then and will do for the rest of time. It is also true that economic states move in cycles and each time may differ in detail but remain the same in essence and structure. |
